Colour management and digital proofing are a vital part of the process from design, right through to the finished product.
Our experienced Colour Management team will support the the fingerprinting process so press specific printing profiles can be built. The fingerprinting process allows us to determine the printability of a press on numerous substrates, identifying variants such as dot gains and colour density. Once completed, the DGC (Dot compensation curve) is built to create a set standards that ensure the print matches the proof consistently. Having these profiles enables us to adjust key areas of the customers artwork files to match the correct print profile.
Using the ORIS system, we produce proofs which can reliably and accurately help predict the final printed result. This is perfect for brands and customers who wish to sign off a proof prior to print, knowing confidently the colour can be achieved on press.

In order to achieve the maximum result on the finished product, our team of experienced repro operators are able to take the customers design files and using the appropriate specifications for the printer we can manipulate the files to ensure that they are press ready.
Along with this we have a team dedicated to aid the process right from the design stage through to print. Using 30 years experience in Flexo print, we can advise on the best way to build files to achieve the best result on press whilst keeping as much of the original design elements as possible, aiming to create quality print on a consistent basis.
